Dawn Williams

Dawn is a certified accountant with a passion for seeing Barbadian small and micro businesses thrive and implement the necessary accounting and financial tools to cement their success. Dawn is the founder of Resilia Accounting Services. With over 12 years’ experience in the external and internal auditing field as well as business accounting, she has been adding value to small businesses in the areas of book-keeping, accounting, financial reporting and financial management.
She is passionate about health education, especially as a chronic illness sufferer (diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and fibroids- among others), Dawn believes in advocacy and sharing information to empower the decisions of others.
As the treasurer she is responsible for the management of the organization's financial responsibilities, commitments and budgeting for projects and programming. She also ensures that appropriate financial reports are made available to the board on a timely basis.
