Yoga is known to help with chronic pelvic pain and of course it helps with destressing so we’re very happy to provide this opportunity to our members and supporters!

Join us each 3rd Friday of each month  as Jasmine Evelyn of Mindful Movement 246 leads with the yoga session. Your donation will help to support a good cause!
